Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all work carried out by FabriMaster, a division of D Engineering Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations

• All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.
• Quotes are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may be subject to change if project details are altered.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer is responsible for ensuring all drawings, dimensions, and specifications are accurate.
• Any errors in supplied data may result in additional costs or delays.

4. Manufacturing & Tolerances

• All work is carried out using industry-standard fabrication and machining practices.
• Reasonable tolerances apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Lead Times

• Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee completion dates.

5A. Expedited / Customer-Directed Work

Where a customer requests expedited or rushed work that limits or overrides our standard quality control, inspection, or finishing processes, the customer acknowledges and accepts the associated risks.

• Any work completed under such conditions may not meet our usual quality standards.
• The customer agrees that they are responsible for any resulting defects, incomplete finishing, or reduced quality.
• No liability will be accepted for issues arising directly from customer-requested acceleration or bypassing of standard procedures.

6. Materials

• Where materials are supplied by the customer, we accept no responsibility for defects or suitability.
• Material costs may fluctuate and affect pricing.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement of work.
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the work supplied.

9. Intellectual Property

Any drawings, designs, or processes developed by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

10. Cancellation

• Orders may not be cancelled once work has commenced without agreement.
• Costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will be chargeable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
